Our Philosophy
We strive to honor your reasons for coming and your level of participation at this retreat. The biggest benefit for you will be to be involved in all of the exercises and interact with other participants to learn from each other.
What to expect
Some examples of what will be available in this retreat are sessions on handling grief, getting unstuck, developing a legacy, mindfulness, dream analysis, finding joy, and developing a plan for the future.
